Standard studio time frame:

7–14 working days.

Extensive restorations or structural corrections may require additional time.

Quality is never accelerated.

If hidden material defects or structural risks become visible during the process, you will be notified immediately.

Exquisite jewelry - especially relics - can contain internal tensions, microfractures or old solder surfaces that are not visible from the outside.

These risks are always discussed with caution and clarity.

All studio work is carried out according to German legal standards.

The 24-month legal warranty applies exclusively to the restoration area carried out.

Natural wear and tear, structural fatigue outside the treated zone or external mechanical influences are excluded.
